While the job was a bit delayed due to weather, the crew completed the work in two days. They worked tirelessly for 10 hours on both days; were polite and respectful (even though our one dog did nothing but bark at them!) I needed to wait a while for the work to get done due to it raining constantly for a few months, but after it was scheduled they were in and out in 1.5 days, and it looks fantastic. GMR did an excellent job. Very satisfied with their work. However the Roof material supplier should be ashamed for the condition of the pro
uct.I could have refused to accept the marked materials. Maybe they can show some class and give me a $100 or $200 refund. Not to mention that the material is a different color than I ordered. I’m okay with it but hope the DNCR doesn’t reject it.

Per my husband:

My wife and I own a log cabin with a GMR Metal Roofs which we had installed in 2016. We’ve never had an issue with the roof whatsoever until recently. Unbeknownst to us what we thought was a plumbing leak turned out to be something else. The roof came with a 40 year warranty, so I contacted GMR metal roofs and spoke with a very nice lady in the warranty department. I was told somebody would get back to me.
In less than a week I received a call from Robbie. He was not only knowledgeable and pleasant, but more importantly he understood my concerns, and dispatched his tech team, William being at the helm. William was pleasant, very knowledgeable, super nice and easy to talk to. The entire job was done within 15 to 25 minutes or so. The process was seamless. GMR Metal Roofs acquired Garvin Metal Roofs, and GMR Metal Roofs honored the original warranty from 2016. This speaks volumes of the company and their dedication to their customer base. GMR Metal roofs, thank you very much for employing people like Robbie as well as William. This was a phenomenal experience. I couldn't be happier with the final product, very pleased that I did my research. The material, the color, and the skylights all came out as imagined! Robbie was very communicative, the guys did a great job cleaning up and I'm pleased with this invesetment in my home. Added in 2 photos of the left side and a video + the right side. I highly recommend these guys
